| Description*: | I conduct biological research at a large American institution. I have never seen science as a black and white pursuit. Science is an art, full of colorful ideas and people. If you think about it, scientists and artists are a very similar breed. Both are driven by this innate passion to understand the world around them. Both spend countless hours thinking inwardly about whatever is on their mind. Both tend to have a certain social awkwardness around people. Neither would have it any other way. On the daily, I try to explain what I think I understand, using whatever medium works to get the job done. These drawings are just one way I am trying to understand life and define it for others. I hope you enjoy them. | ||||
