The art looks good to start, but quickly becomes painful to look at. Meany is an eyesore. The story starts out well, but the writing becomes grating. ALRIGHT! I get it that Meany is an idiot and Llew is a cynical failure! Stop shoving it down my throat! It has many nice touches that draw you to it, and then it just becomes too much to handle. A certain type of person would love it. I cannot stand it, but I recognize enough quality that I must give it at least three stars to separate it from the strips that are rubbish from top to bottom.
