Superior. In the same league as Narbonic, and that puts it in the top 1%.
Shaenon K. Garrity and Jeffrey Channing Wells, provide a wonderful return to the world of the absurd products of mad science. Both glancing on the themes of the successful "Narbonic", while avoiding repetition by establishing a quite complex and separate premise. Tip, Unity, and Sweetheart are interesting and charming characters, and like Narbonic the strip keeps introducing us to new facets of it's world bit by bit.
