| Description*: | A weekly online comic strip created by Animator/ Illustrator Frank Candiloro. The series is a throwback to the old newspaper serial comic strips of the 20s and 30s, as well as a tribute to the Golden, Silver and Bronze Age of Superhero Comics. It began life on the internet in October 2009, and is a spin-off of Frank's award-winning short animated film "Beware Of Black Dog!" (2008), a tale of depression, mental illness and hope - the same themes that serve as an allegory for this series. The story entails the life of mild-mannered science teacher Max Height, who suffers from werewolfism. Instead of succumbing to it, however, he decides to use it for the good of mankind. Creating the White Wolf Super Serum, combining various chemicals together with the element of silver, it suppresses his werewolfism and turns it into colossal strength and a super-powered howl, becoming the Courageous Canine Crime Fighter White Wolf! | ||||
