| Description*: | "Shivering" is a story inspired in many ways by the neighborhoods I grew up in. I wanted to explore the foolishness of lust as I’ve experienced it, while occupying an immediately recognizable setting. Characters are as familiar to me as family, but I wanted to trouble them with matters elemental to mankind overall. In this story I endeavored to bring a celestial down to Earth, to backwoods North Carolina even. What happened there was completely out of my control. Pencils and inks by Gleb Melnikov, colors by Stanislav Leonov and letters by Micah Myers. | ||||
