| Description*: | The entire galaxy is out to get her. Too bad for the galaxy. In the not too distant future, the leaders of the Nine Galactic Systems are at the height of their power. One of the instruments to exercise their power is the Holy Order of the Long Rifle™, a clandestine society of assassins charged to hold power in check across the systems. Vorpal, the best of those assassins, is sent on the most important kill of her career when she starts experiencing flashbacks she cannot comprehend. When she cannot complete an assigned job, she is forced to go on the run from her closest comrades, most brutal villains, police and military forces. As danger moves closer, her flashbacks increase and she discovers more about who and why she is and some fantastic gifts she’s been given on the heels of an all-out galactic revolution. Meanwhile, her masters want her dead before she exposes them and unravels the very fabric of the Nine Systems. | ||||
