| Description*: | The 'Long Hike' follows an alternate history world where an unexplainable event hit the Americas. For hundreds of years after, no-one could go in without being trapped inside and the survivors had no idea what had happened to their country. The story follows a scientist, sent inside to gather data and report home, escape made plausible with a new kind of air travel. At least, if the explorer can reach the preset drop zone in time after an encounter with the scaly, raptorlike natives transforms them into one. | ||||
