| Description*: | Jude Burton is a comic book geek and is gifted with a scientific mind that surpasses all his peers; however, he has terrible luck and is often late for class at the college he attends. This causes his grades to decline to the point of failing. His teacher, having some sympathy for the boy, allows him to help him after school for extra marks on a project he's independantly working on for CoreTech Labs. Jude volunteers himself and his pet rat Roadkill as test subjects for a new serum but they accidentally electrocute themselves immediately after getting injected. Some how this gives him super powers... but along with these superpowers his intelligence was decreased to the point where he's just plain old stupid. His rat however get's the opposite end and Roadkill's intelligence increases. The local media, after bumbling attemts at heroism, dub this new hero of Toronto: CAPTAIN STUPID! | ||||
