| Description*: | Those whom the gods would destroy, they first drive mad... or at least that's what they've always said. We join our protagonist Jackie, a scrappy dwarven thief (who quite obviously lost the roll for charisma), as he is thrown out of a bar and first encounters "Him"--a schizophrenic elf whose strange personalities wield the even stranger contents of a magical sack. While seizing the opportunity to exploit "Him" and his 'sack of justice', Jackie soon finds himself involuntarily journeying on an increasingly complex quest to return a dagger to a mad god and revoke his powers. Joining him are a naive half-elf healer-priestess, a Highland Berserker, a lewd Bard, a pixie who mistakenly believes she is the Bard's lover, despite the improbability of size & species and a mage with the usual questionable loyalties... | ||||
